Each has its own private garden - the perfect setting to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world-renowned.
A spacious landing upstairs leads to three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has abundant storage space. The main bathroom upstairs includes toilet, handbasin, shower, and bath.
As well as weekly bookings starting on Saturday, these Kenmare holiday homes accept 7-night bookings starting on Friday & Sunday for certain periods, along with weekend & midweek stays. All are bookable online.
Electricity & oil is charged at €6 per day, payable to the supervisor on your departure or deductible from your security deposit. A security deposit of €200.00 CASH must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit. For parties occupying 2 or more houses who are travelling together, the security deposit will be returned 7 days after departure.The proprietors are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left after departure.
Please note that DVD players are NOT provided in these houses but you are welcome to bring along your own. Cots & highchairs should be pre-booked, and guests should bring along their own cot linen.
Pets are accepted on a request basis only (to be confirmed prior to arrival) at an additional cleaning charge of €30.00, payable onsite.
Once you reach Kenmare town, drive along Shelbourne Street, turn right at the Post Office on to Henry Street. You will reach a cross roads –continue on straight through this, passing Quills Woollen Market on your right . Go straight on this road passing Holy Cross Church on your left hand side. Follow the road, it veers around to your left & Kenmare Sunnyhill is located on the right hand side of the road.
